How LootPay works
Buying
You pay LootPay, not the seller. With automatic delivery the details appear on the deal page right after payment; otherwise the seller hands the item over within the time shown on the lot. The seller gets the money only after the check.
72 hours after the handover. All good — confirm receipt. Without a confirmation or a dispute in 72 hours the deal completes and the money goes to the seller.
Open a dispute on the deal page before you confirm. Deadlines stop. Support reads the deal chat and decides who gets the money: a refund to you or a payout to the seller.
If the deadline passes, the deal is cancelled and your money is refunded automatically. Changed your mind before paying — cancel the deal on its page.
After a completed deal the buyer leaves a positive or negative review and can change it within 30 days. A seller’s reputation is the share of positive reviews and the number of deals.
Selling
Fill in your seller details: EU law requires marketplaces to know who sells (DSA) and to report sellers’ sales above legal thresholds to tax authorities (DAC7). Then list a lot: title, price, characteristics, photos and how you hand it over.
Listing is free. The fee is taken from the price of each completed deal; refunds and cancellations cost nothing. The rate drops as your reputation grows:

When the buyer confirms receipt, after 72 hours without a dispute, or when support resolves a dispute in your favour.
You add the account or key details to the lot. They are stored encrypted and shown only to the buyer after payment, so you sell while offline.
Rules and support
Sell only what you have the right to sell, and describe it honestly. Anyone can report a lot; moderators remove what breaks the rules and explain why. All rules: Terms of use
